The company has been working remotely since 2019. There are new hires who haven't really met their teams face-to-face and the usual conversation a person would have in a day is about their work tasks.We introduced Coffee-Breaks, which they could join voluntarily, taking just 15 minutes of their working time to discuss anything under the sun and meet new colleagues.

“ The Pronto Coffee Breaks have been really great! It's easy to get caught up with our day-to-day tasks and sometimes be confined with just being able to talk to our team members, but having a 15-minute chat with someone from the company who you barely work with and not have to talk shop really helps nurture Pronto as a happy workplace (Susu!).
